    The BORC HD DVB-S2 Mpeg4 Satellite Receiver is now available. Designed in Ireland by BORC and sold in Great Britain by Satellite TV Shop UK. The BORC HDS 41 DVB-S2 Mpeg4 HD Satellite Receiver has a 1080p DVB-S2 HD satellite tuner for HDTV Freesat UK reception via satellite and an integrated USB interface for an external USB storage media to record on. It is supplied with a 12v cigarette lighter socket power lead so you can watch your favourite UK TV shows even when mains power is not available.  Full HD 1080p from 12V DC it has to the BORC HDS 41 satellite receiver.

Both SD and HD programs can be saved, Time shifting is also alllowed. The device supports any Video format like AVI, MKV, MPG, MP4 and TS video container formats. With the USB interface, (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG 4, H.264), Video, Audio and Pictures can be played back from connected USB storage media.  Images are displayed in JPEG, BMP and PNG.

Other features include an Electronic Program Guide (EPG), and Videotext. Connections include a HDMI output, one SCART socket.. Firmware upgrade via USB. Comes fully preloaded with the UK free to air satellite TV and Radio channels.

Unique at this price point are the channel Up and Down buttons along with a Power button on the front panel.

The BORC DVB-S2 Mpeg4 HD Satellite Receiver is now available in a black version with a glossy front.

The HD media player will play video, audio, and image files from USB storage media with NTFS and FAT32 file systems. Support is in addition to the classic video containers such as MPG, AVI and MKV format also.MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4 (SP/ASP/AVC-H.264) processed the receiver up to 1080p resolution.The BORC HDS 41 DVB-S2 Mpeg4 HD Satellite Receiver supports a HDMI output resolutions of up to 1080p. But also for customers with older TVs, the receiver is ideally suited, as a SCART output is also present.
